Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to attend an in-person registration?
If you chose to opt out of the candy fundraiser, submit payment and essential documents (birth certificate and 3 address verification documents (Documents must be dated between February 1, 2017 and January 31,2018, also ONLY ONE from each group can be used as one document); you do NOT need to attend an in-person registration day.  Submit your essential documents by scanning and emailing to [email protected].  

What are the fees associated with playing with NWLL?
The registration fee for T-Ball is $150.  All other divisions are $175.  Players making All-Star teams will be charged for uniform; prices TBD.

Are there any discounts offered?
Yes! Each player that choses to participate in the candy fundraiser will receive a discount of $60.00.  Families registering more than one child will also receive a $20.00 off each child after the first one. 

Is my child guaranteed a spot on a team?
Yes, every child that has a completed registration will be placed on a team.

When does registration for Spring season occur?
Typically, Spring registration opens online only mid November to early December.  In-person registration begins in January.  Check the Home Page and Important dates for dates, times and locations.

If we do not live in the boundaries, can my child still play for NWLL?
If your home address is not in NWLL boundaries but your child's school is, then your child is eligible to play with NWLL.  See Registration Info for more information.  If you have played for NWLL but moved and no longer live within the boundaries please contact the league for more information. 

What are NWLL boundaries?
Please see the Registration Info tab for more information on boundaries and a link to the map. 

What is the practice and game schedule?
Practice will begin in February after teams are drafted.  Team manager/coach will set practice schedule and locations.  Games begin in early March and are played through the end of May.  Post season play (City and All-Star Tournament) begin and play through June.  Not all players will play in post season games.
